| Payment Terms |
When the order has been received, an order form will be sent to you via email or fax, which then needs to be completed and returned prior to any work commencing. This form contains the relevant job details, for you to check and a section for credit card details to be completed. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please leave the credit card section blank, and return the form by post with a cheque made out to "Keys Ltd" for the full amount. Please note that is paying by cheque a clearance period will need to be applied, which may delay your order.
No credit or accounts will be set up for new customers.

| VAT Charges |
How to claim your VAT free leaflet printing - VAT is normally charged at a flat rate of 17.5% on all printing except promotional leaflets. As long aas you follow these few guidelines your leaflets will be VAT free:
- The leaflet design must not allow more than 25% of the printed sheet to be unprinted space that could be available for writing on or returning.
- The leaflet must be intended for reading in the hand not to be placed on the wall for general display.
- It must convey information and not designed to be kept.
- It must not be used as a calendar, to obtain admission to premises, to obtain a discount on goods or services, as reference material, or for completion or return.
- A leaflet should be printed on paper to quality for VAT exemption. If heavyweight paper or card is used then this will not be classed as a leaflet and will be subject to VAT.
