| A few words about
ordering from Keys Printing. We want to make the ordering process
as easy as possible for you. So we prefer our customers to comunicate
with a real person to ensure the work progresses quickly and
smoothly. |
| You can use any of the following methods to contact
us for ordering. |
By
Telephone
To place an order by phone simply call 01255 432518 and ask
for Phil or Sue who will be pleased to offer help and advice
and take your order details. |
By
Email
You can place your order via email stating all the details of
your required printing. Please include a contact telephone number
so we can call you back. |
By
Fax
You can also place your order by faxing it to us on 01255 435255
stating all the order details clearly include your company details
so we can contact you. |
Payment
Terms
Payment for your order is required when the order is placed.
This can be paid by credit or debit card, we accept most major
credit and debit cards. If paying by cheque please make this
payable to 'Keys Ltd'. Cheques will need to be cleared before
your order can be despatched so may delay delivery time. No credit or accounts will be set up for customers. |
Vat
Charges - (how to claim your VAT free leaflets)
VAT is charged at a flat rate of 17.5% on all printing except
for promotional leaflets.
Guide for VAT FREE printing -
As long as you follow a few guidelines your leaflets will be
VAT free. • The design must not allow more than 25% of
the printed sheet to be unprinted space that could be available
for writing on or returning. • The leaflet must be intended
for reading in the hand not to be placed on the wall for general
display. • It must convey information and not designed
to be kept. • It must not be used as a calendar; to obtain
admission to premises; to obtain a discount on goods or services;
as reference material; or for completion or return. •
A leaflet should be printed on paper to qualify for VAT exemption.
If heavy weight paper or card is used then this will not be
classed as a leaflet and will be subject to VAT.
We will be happy to advise you on how
to best produce your leaflet arwork to be eligable for VAT Free

Delivery
Charges
We like to be completely upfront about delivery costs. We will
always arrange delivery of printed material for our customer
and do not inflate these charges above the cost from the carrier.
What you pay us is what we are charged. |

| You will only be charged the price we pay for
delivery, if we pay less than quoted so will you. |
Your
Guarantee
We promise to deliver your printing on time, every time with
no excuses. This applies to the specified delivery time we agree
with you when placing your order. Once the artwork and all proofs
have been signed off as correct and ready for print we will
agree with you a confirmed delivery date. This is normally within
ten working days from the date signed proofs are received but
we can usually despatch within five working days. If your order
is very urgent and you have a specific deadline to keep we will
always do our very best to help you keep to your schedule. Depending
on our work load we offer a fast track service for an extra
charge if required. Please ask for details.
Note: Working days are classed as Monday-Friday only and do not include Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays. |
